I'm Cameron. For ten years I've taken complex electronics designs from concept to mass production — in Tesla vehicles, advanced robotics, e-bikes, and consumer electronics. As an avid maker and hardware founder I've done the full stack (electronics, enclosure, firmware, app development, sourcing). Now I run an independent hardware consultancy, helping a small number of teams ship hardware that works.

    • Collaborate on architecture and product design tradeoffs.
  2. May 2023 — March 2026

    Staff Electrical Engineer@Mytra

    Brisbane, CA

    • Founding Electrical Engineer — designed the complete electrical system architecture for the first two generations of warehouse robots.
    • Engineered and delivered critical PCBAs including motor controllers, power distribution systems, LED arrays, and automated test rigs.
    • Built a custom KiCAD library web application to streamline the internal hardware design process.

    Senior Electronic Design Engineer@Bimotal

    Berkeley, CA

    • Owned electronic design for electric bike powertrains.
    • Architected and designed the e-bike display and battery management system (BMS).
  4. November 2018 — March 2022

    Senior Electronic Design Engineer@Tesla

    Palo Alto, CA

    • Tesla Bot: led the electrical design for the early-stage development of the humanoid robot platform.
    • Vehicle Hardware: owned the complete design of Model 3 and Model Y body controller circuit boards from concept through high-volume mass production.
    • Infrastructure: developed the architecture and controller circuit boards for the Dojo supercomputer.
    • Validation: board bring-up, in-vehicle validation, and rigorous testing of motor drivers and power circuits.
  5. May 2016 — July 2017

    Electronics Design Intern@Tesla

    Palo Alto, CA

    • Developed circuit designs for Model 3 body controllers.
    • Schematic and PCB layouts using Altium.
    • Design and test of motor driver and other power circuits.
    • System-level validation.
